Player Burning to Generate Managers

Retired or active players have to be burnt in order to generate a new manager. Their ratings are determined by the burned player’s ratings and experience. Manager ratings are similar to players ratings, because they are measured with the same 0-99 rating system. The higher rated players are burned, the higher rated managers are generated. For example: If a user decides to burn players with an overall rating of 70 for each, they are likely to generate a manager with a 65-75 rating on average.

The XP of burned players also influences on generating a better rated manager. Back to the previous example, where a user burns six 70 rated players, the generated manager can have a rating of 85 if the burned players have higher XP.
